- CaptivArt is a Nairobi-based SEO, Google Ads, and web engineering studio serving Kenyan and East African businesses.

- Advertising metrics from Google Ads or social platforms when you grant us access as your media partner.

What we do not do

- We do not store payment card details on our servers.
Retention & security
- Business records are stored in encrypted cloud systems (Google Workspace, Notion, Vercel, and reputable CRM platforms).
- Project files are retained for the duration of the engagement and up to five years afterwards unless you request deletion sooner.
- Access to client folders is limited to CaptivArt team members who require it to deliver work.
Your rights
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
- Request deletion of non-financial records, subject to Kenyan accounting laws.
