WhatsApp chatbots for Kenyan businesses that answer, sell and book 24/7

Your customers are already on WhatsApp. A bot answers the same questions you get every day, shares your catalogue and prices, takes the order and hands over to you when a person is needed.

Fixed KES packages

One price agreed in writing up front. No hourly surprises, no dollar invoices.

How it works

  1. 1. Map your conversations

We review recent chats and list the questions, orders and bookings the bot should handle.

  2. 2. Set up the platform

Meta business verification, number set-up and message templates.

  3. 3. Build and test

Menus, FAQs, catalogue, orders and payments, tested with your team.

  4. 4. Go live and tune

We review the first weeks of chats and improve the answers.

Questions

Do WhatsApp messages cost money?

Meta charges for some message types on the WhatsApp Business Platform, while replies inside a customer-started service window are largely free. We explain Meta's current pricing before you start.

Can I keep my current number?

Often yes, but a number moved to the platform can't also be used in the normal WhatsApp Business app. Many businesses use a second number.

Can the bot take M-PESA payments?

Yes. It can send an STK Push prompt and confirm payment automatically.

What if the bot doesn't know the answer?

It hands the chat to a person and notifies you.
